I was the person who said you might need to give on the cooking/warming things up, but that was when I thought she was in college or in her early 20s. Now I know she's in her mid-40s???? Good grief. Find someone else.
What kind of 40 year old woman is still doing afterschool sitting jobs, at $15/hour no less? Clearly someone not so great at life. OP is probably one of those who wants the world for cheap, and tried to get a super experienced nanny for college aged sitter wages. She got a 40 year old who can't warm soup. Nice job.
