I have twins and paid $25/hour for nightime help, live out.
That was the going rate that everyone I know paid. I never looked into live-in care.

What does permanently mean to them? Will you hours change once the children are sleeping through the night? What benefits, vacations and perks are they offering? I don't see this job as truly working out based on the infor you provided. Keep looking
