I might let the AP do this, but tell her that I don't want the guy alone w/ my kid ever -- e.g., he's not to take my kid to the bathroom, don't leave my kid w/ him while you go to the bathroom, etc. I'd also tell the AP that she can only be in a public place w/ the guy -- i.e., do not go to his house, etc.

No. I would worry that my child might be sexually abused. Why does this guy want to hang out with my child. Does he target nannies. No way.
