I'm going to post it here simply because I have no other audience to hear it (I'm single). This happened with my prior nanny. She cut my DC's bangs because she didn't think they had been cut short enough when I brought her to get a haircut. I was pissed! My DC looked like a child of Vulcan (think Spock). A half an inch shorter than I had it cut. This seriously damaged what I thought was an otherwise great trusting relationship.

The stupidest thing my nanny ever did was work for me. I am a micromanaging, Type A mother who works from home and cannot seem to stop spying on our nanny and barking orders when I am supposed to be concentrating on my workload online.

She should just quit and let me raise my own child.

My charges are 14-months and 3-years-old and they always try to go in for slobbering mouth kisses. I don't kiss charges on the lips, but sometimes you can't move your mouth away fast enough.

Also, work on your grammar.

Since these comments don't seem to be aimed at anyone in particular, I guess you ladies are quite disenchanted with the nanny trade. How sad for you! If you had any self-respect, you would get out now and do something you can feel good about rather than launching poorly-articulated attacks via public website on the class of people who sign paychecks for you and your colleagues.
