Subject: My nanny vomits alot?
OP, do you know your vomiting is on camera? They can't legally film you in the bathroom. How long has this been going on? If they haven't confronted you by now, chances are they won't.
Also, do you know they actually watch the nanny cam videos?

Not PP, but unless the person has stomach flu or food poisoning, those two reasons are what is commonly suspected for an otherwise healthy- appearing woman who vomits repeatedly during the day.
