You maybe sharing 3 bedroom just to save money but you CAN afford a 1 bedroom apartment for sure, out of 80K plus benefits?

Truth: I'm a new teacher in MoCo and I share a SFH with 2 other new teachers. We each pay 1200/mo for an older 3-bed. , 1.5 bath home.

No one would be a teacher anymore if it weren't for the benefits.

We all work a 2nd gig.
