So with overtime, I will have made about 80k this year plus a subsidized health plan and, hopefully, a year end bonus. Based on searching job posts for similar jobs (with HNW and UHNW households), I've seen some salaries that are a little higher, but also a lot in that range and some even lower. Is it really that bad?
That being said, I'm actually kind of leaning toward just asking for a raise rather this year and learning to live with the uniform change.
What is there reason, or the consultant's?
A dress is very impractical if they expect you to really engage with the kids. Will they pay for cleaning?
A reason was never really communicated to me beyond that this is what they want to go with. The dress is machine washable, so there aren't really any extra cleaning costs.

Just to be clear, we don't have to wear aprons, only the housekeepers do. And, for those asking I make $35/hr with decent benefits. I typically work 45-50 hours per week.

Are that many people really making over 35? I thought that was good when I accepted it, it's substantially more than my previous job.
I don't know anyone who pays less than $35 and these are all UMC. UHNW? You should be making closer to $60 if not more.
Sorry, that’s definitely not the case.
You don't think a family with a $10 million+ net worth should pay their nanny more than $60k a year?
