Unfortunately this country has normalized this kind of behavior that CPS won't do anything about it.

Thank you all for your responses
I meant it in a nice way, as the child is sick non stop and 20 pounds overweight…. And he’s very tired all the time, so I was trying to look out for him.
All my previous jobs the kids at least were offered vegetables and fruits, and had a protein rich meal. This boy here will eat meatloaf, chicken cutlets, salmon even. At 4 years old they’re not little toddlers that eat pasta all day, he’s 4 and willing to eat healthy. He even ate all the broccoli the other day when we made it.
My point is she WONT buy it and continue feeding it to him, that’s what I don’t understand and it makes me crazy.
And talk about craziness, he’s sick and can’t swallow the last couple days. So I offered to go buy yoghurts (haven’t had them for a few days), maybe banana, apple sauce, some pudding, ice pops whatever it is she would like me to get, to make the child feel comfortable, as there is nothing in this house
Her response
She scolded me
He doesn’t need anything, he won’t eat anything , we have pasta
Like hello, he can’t swallow, but if he can put down some yoghurt maybe that would be ok with you?!?!?!
I’m done lol

Sadly CPS would probably not care. What about reaching out to Grandparents and the childs school with your concerns. TELL SOMEONE. That way you share your concerns with people who can possibly help and are just made aware of the conditions in the home.
How about making food in your home and bring it in to 'share' with the child. Parent can't stop you bringing in food for yourself to eat and letting the child have some.
That is what I would do and have done.
Good luck to you and don't listen to the morons on this site who should not be caring for a spider never mind children. Nasty, nasty people.

Thank you for your nice response! I don’t get those nasty people either, must be fat people who eat sandwiches and Macdonald’s all day and are just miserable. This MB is very controlling, she told me not to bring food for myself, and in the interview she told me that good will be HER decisions and I should not be like a boss about it. many times she gave me lists that saod
monday lunch salmon brocolli
monday dinner chicken corn.. for ever day
however, she never bought the food even if i asked her many times, she blew me off. i told her i love to cook and dont mind throwing some pasta on ir throw some chicken in the oven and steam some brocolli
instead the kid just eats waffles or cereal for breakfast, PBJ or ham and cheese sandwiches for lunch and more bread for dinner
i wish i was kidding! and no veggies and barely any fruit.
im trying to just ignore it, but its really getting to me now. in other jobs i would cook more and have fruits available
The bolded is not anywhere close to something for CPS. Do not call CPS over a kid eating like a kid.
