I used to nanny overnight. I got my normal rate (or overtime if I was already at 40 hours) for awake time plus $125 per night. This was for two older children so much easier than a baby/ toddler.

I would ask what she expects, if your child sleeps through the night then I think about $100/night would suffice. Congrats!!
