OP you are not seeing the forest for the trees.
This ain’t about the money. Your wife is being emotionally hostile to your little sister because she resents the close relationship your little sister has with her firstborn son because she chose to go back to work and let her SIL raise her baby. Your wife is making the home environment miserable for your little sister. She loves your kids but she is choosing a healthier way and I laud her for it. If she gets away she’ll be able to have a normal auntie relationship with her nephew and hopefully eventually your wife will stop being nasty to her for the mistake she made of loving and nurturing your son like you asked.

Huh? She is living with another family who pays her more. OP isn't offering health insurance or any extras.

Also if we drive we pay gas and fixing our car and not to mention the prize for the car, and after covid the prices of every thing are sky high !

Do you know how much food and rent costs now days?
I know its not a good idea to work with relatives but saving on rent and food is a big chink.
We nannies that dont live in pay rent, food, Cell Phone, Health insurance, cable , and utilities clothing, going out etc, so let her go out and work and pay her own bills and see how far the money stretches
