Yes, I quit. I told the mom that didn’t see this working long term and was happy to do my 3 weeks or leave. She started crying. Asking why. And saying the kids would be sad ect.
I attempted to keep it vague and just say not a LT match. She pressed- so I told her what I heard. I told her that on top of that ‘feedback’ being not productive- it violated the same privacy rules they wanted me to uphold.

They paid me 3 week severance and asked me ‘rethink’ my choice. I told them I was firm.

I got my severance and haven’t looked back.

If she is smart and really have some respect to herself; she had to quit alread and looking for a new job.
