Yes, according to her they offered her the option of arriving early.
I’d reach out and make sure they understand why you want her masking, that way they can choose whether to require her to do it there.

Apparently it has to do with us having her wear a mask and getting tested after since she got Covid. We’re going to meet with the coordinator. Not sure what to do.
I know it leaves you in a bind, but she’s allowed to move on earlier if the family wants her there early.
