She’s WFH and baby is EBF.

On all my dates there are numerous 5-20 minute gaps. I don’t even know what to say.

I would tell her in no uncertain terms that she pays you immediately or you will find another job and take her to court and report her to locsl wage and labor board. This is unbelievably cheap! I would truly find another job and give her no notice. What a witch!

not to be rude but this is happens both ways. I paid my former nanny full day pay even when she would leave half way into her shift for silly reasons. This became a habit. skype calling friends and relatives during the day and saying it was "social hour" for my child. so just as there are bad mom bosses there are also terrible nannies.

More cheap mom bosses than terrible nannies.

All the best finding a new position!

- - mom who employs a great nanny.

I said I’d stay till the end of my trial so I will. Otherwise the jobs ok. Just not for me. I’ll bring it up to her this afternoon and gauge her response. She is a FTM so may just be truly clueless.

No one is that clueless! This will be the job from Hell, OP. Run!

Today’s my last day.

Good for you, OP. And all the best in your next position.

e
+1. Good luck, OP. But just curious if you told your employer why you were leaving?

No. It was the end of our two week trial and I said it wasn’t a good fit. She agreed.

Her next nanny is only going to make it two weeks too. And the next. And the next.

Good luck, OP!
