I’ve been a nanny for 15 years and this sounds like a dream job to me. $20-$25 an hour should get you a great nanny IMO.

Other offer terms:
40 hours a week guaranteed, 8am-4pm, 2-3 flex afternoons per month possible (nanny choice)
4 weeks vacation (2 our choice, 2 nanny)
5 sick days
9 regular holidays
$200 a month contribution toward medical insurance

Duties:
Taking care of 1 toddler full time, plus 1 first grader for 2 hours per day (pickup from school, bring home, give snack, get started on homework).
Extra duties involve keeping kids toys and clothes tidy, serving kids' meals and teaching them to clean up every time, plus starting any kid laundry that needs to be dealt with immediately (we do everything else, like regular laindry, food and supplies shopping, etc. on the weekend).
$25-30/hour

A $20-$25 per hour nanny is probably just as good as a $25-$30 per hour. Start at lower range and give raises/bonuses if deserving of them.

Uh huh. We get it. Still $20-$25/hour.
Feel free to not accept the job if you feel you should be paid more.
