Yes, I would go into rematch. the reason? Stupidity.

We have a rule in our handbook that what happens in our family should stay in our family and if the AP has concerns she should talk to us and/or LCC but not to others. Do I think they follow it? Of course not, everyone complains or shares wacky stuff that happens at work with their friends. Sharing it with a neighbor though? Yeah, I'd probably just be done with her at that point. It's almost like she wanted you to know.

What are the complaints? Are they basic like not wanting to work so much, wanting access to a car, etc? If they are things that are not very serious I would sit her down and tell her what you heard and ask her to explain herself. If you can work through some of the issues then I wouldn't rematch. June will come soon enough.
