Can you afford to hire a professional?

And I didn’t even get to the dog problem. Please ask someone to help you with your next interviewing and hiring process.

Oy that's what's so crazy. She IS a professional! I pay her $22 an hour and she works for a friend of mine too, she has excellent references. I only use her 10 hours a week. Maybe she just walks all over me because she knows I have no spine.

Maybe she just gave you the good references. I’d have stopped using her when she brought the dog back. Taking the baby out in pjs should be the last straw. Grow a spine and get someone else.

OP if you never discussed the dog and she just showed up with it the first day that is a red flag in pretty much any profession except professional dog walker.

OP, did you mean that you wanted the nanny to not let your baby nap at all, so she might sleep more on the plane?! That’s more likely to backfire, since an overtired child sleeps LESS, not more.
