Here the difference between a nanny position and virtually any other position: the nanny can’t leave to go out to lunch. That is why meals are traditionally part of the job. MB here and it’s always been this way with persons working in the home with elder care or childcare. This goes back to my nanny as well as my mother’s nanny.
