First, I never leave a baby unattended. Second, when I need to go to the bathroom, I take the baby with me in a bouncy seat.
So yes, you should replace this nanny immediately. Sorry it didn’t work out for you.
Do you also sit in the nursery when the baby naps?
I watch the monitor when the baby is napping. And use the bathroom.
You literally watch the baby sleep? You need some help for your anxiety.

Does she have kids?
I suspect it’s phone checking

My nanny family has cameras everywhere. So we spend all day outside. I know where to hide in the house around corners. I don’t need you watching me eat my lunch.

This is what happens when there’s cameras everywhere except the bathroom.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Did this happen both days? Did you stop to consider she might be on her period with a heavy flow? Good grief.
Yes, it happened both days, however it also happened when we interviewed her. She went to the bathroom when she arrived at our house and then before she left about 40 mins later. I didn’t think much of that.
Also, she is in her late 40s so doubt it’s period related.
