Neonatal and pediatric nurse; pediatrician; daycare teacher/aide; night nurse. And the parents are primary care - we are secondary care.
I am a nanny and I wish 15 to 20% was the norm - but it isn’t.
While those professions are important, I don't know any of them who provide 50-60 hours of care a week, often for years and years. Do you?
You really think 15 to 20% increase plus overtime for 20 hours is prevalent among nannies? Come on. Again it would be lovely if that were true but it simply is not true.
