I think all of the irresponsible and immature nannies should continue to give such terrible advice (I honestly doubt that you truly behave that way in real life though), that way parents will be more inclined to hire professionals through an agency!

If your health is compromised enough that you may not be able to safely take care of the kids, tell them that.
