Their AP actually had a blog about life with their family; documenting (with photos) dishes left for her to clean in the AM, her cooking for family and them eating the food, etc.
When the HF found the blog they went ballistic, threatened to sue APIA and blahblahblah.
Long story short, because they demanded immediate rematch and all the other drama APIA straight up dropped them and interestingly enough they were rejected by CCAP after applying. So the agencies do talk at some level.
They got another AP through some small EU firm; but that crashed and burned as well.
I think this review is a formality; and when it comes to this level of effort you are going to get booted.

AP1 was a friendly rematch - she had trouble managing three kids and went to a HF with just one tween. But we still keep in touch, and I wish her no ill will.
AP2 was a rematch and was sent back home for misconduct without the opportunity to rematch again.
AP3 also was a rematch and we are dealing with her aftermath right now. 4 documented instances where AP didn't report to work as scheduled, an additional 10 documented instances where she didn't complete her hours as scheduled - one of those times a child was left unattended while she was in her room on her phone. Report from neighbor that AP wasn't supervising children in neighborhood and child almost hit by ongoing car in street while AP was on her phone.
Have all these AP's said terrible things that are untrue about us? You bet. Apparently they weren't paid, were forced to cook for the family, said kids kicked them and cursed at them, and that I was making them work more hours than 45. I think there must be some laundry list posted on facebook about things to say to get your rematching HF kicked out.
CCAP?
Thankfully, I have kept a very detailed paper trail and log of hours, schedule, and texts that show they weren't working as scheduled, or images from ring doorbell or car trackers that show everything. It's sad that it's had to come to this, and if we get removed from the program at this point, I don't really care.

1st AP, CCAP, entered rematch
2nd AP, CCAP, found as rematch, entered rematch
3rd AP, CCAP, found as rematch
4th AP, 1st at other agency, entered rematch
5th AP, 2nd at other agency, found as rematch
6th AP, 4th at CCAP, entered rematch
7th AP, 5th at CCAP, found as rematch
We’ve all said that 3+ rematches in a quick time period trigger review. PP didn’t have 3 with CCAP in a quick time period...
Is this your history with au pairs? If I was an agency, I would definitely review a family with this history.
I think its quite clear from this, that either this program is not well suited for your needs or you are not well suited for the needs of this program and should probably move on to other childcare options.
How long have you been in the program?

If you are looking at a review then there’s something going on with your family that is warranting it. I’ve had 4 rematches in 2 years and never faced it.
You switched agencies... If you had 3 rematches with one agency, you would have had a review.
You have reading comprehension issues.
PP says two rematches with CCAP
1 with other agency
Then another with CCAP.
That equals 3 with CCAP.
