$200 cash can go towards a bill. Gift card can’t.

I might add a little something to her next paycheck w/a “Thank You” handwritten card/note expressing your gratitude for all she did for your family.

And since she likely will end up catching what your daughter got -
Perhaps three days (extra) of paid time off if she falls ill herself.
