I think it’s the principle of it and it is job creep. I think mom doesn’t know that her husband sleeps in. The husband probably thinks (and knows) that the nanny will take care of the older child. I happen to think that five or $10 a week is not a big deal to me but might be a big deal to others and as I said, it’s the principle of it. Because as you can see here she is not being acknowledged for her work, she’s being taken advantage of and it’s leaving to resentment. Resentment on a job is never a good thing

Probably whatever he needs. What's your point?

She has a just-turned three year old brother whom I watch on very rare occasions.
He is in preschool full-time.
Well I come in at 6:30AM.
Mom leaves the house for work & I care for both children alone until Dad comes to dress the older child for preschool, then leaves.
This can be anywhere from 7:00 to 7:45AM.
I don’t get paid for two kids -
I only get paid for the girl.
This happens 5x/wk and it’s starting to bother me.
Part of me feels taken advantage of while the other part thinks since I absolutely adore the little boy that I should just let it go.
Question: What SHOULD I do?
I am already working below rate for them if this even factors in.
