Good morning,
Big quarrel - and I want to stop working as like now!
She said I need to give them 2 or 1 months notice. This is crazy because in 2 months anything can happened and I worry they will put the blame on me i.e child gets injured.
Thank you
Did they calm down?

45 days notice has been in our contract for the last 6 years. 2 weeks might work. Of course, if you're going nuclear they won't want you in their house anyhow. Way to throw a fit on the first week of school!
Why are your arguing with your boss? Isn't there a better way to communicate your point or needs than arguing with your boss? Makes you look irrational and unprofessional. and illogical.

MB apologized and told she found my replacement ( a daycare). I gave her two weeks notice. She said she need one month notice. Reason:- Need more time to check other daycare.
Thank you all.
Are you going to stay for the month? Will you tell us what happened?

Don’t just quit, OP. Find another job and leave on good terms while keeping a good reference. Help your charge adjust.

You just want to be nosy
