They’re finally realizing that siblings NEED time together, and mom is going to do it? Sounds like possibly money issues, marital issues, possibly thinking you should have pushed more to have the kids together to create the bond. Whatever the issue, you need to move on and focus on a new family. I would also suggest making sure that you raise the sibling bond as an issue with new employers if you run into the same situation again.

So, the two actually don’t spend time together... Why in the world didn’t you change the schedule to go to the park earlier so the siblings could be together in the afternoon? It sounds to me like they’re going to look for someone who will take on care for both kids and prioritize that bond.
