The fact the Nanny was on the phone outside is irrelevant. She could have been downstairs cleaning toys and not realised the 18 mo had climbed out of the crib too. Was this his first time climbing out? I am going to assume no because thats to coinciental, so the Mom should have had him in a bed with a gate across the door, or lowered the mattress or done something to protect him. This is not on the Nanny unless she was somehow negligent in the way she put him in the crib.
After giving a bad review on Care I am not sure why she then had the gall to ask you to babysit and you also went back to do it? This blows my mind.
