I was a live-in 'mother's helper' in college that required me to work 5-9 Mon-Thurs, Saturday night and sunday morning (25 hours a week) in exchange for a bedroom and private bathroom. I would then be paid $15 an hour for any additional hours over the agreed upon 25 and about $100 for overnight care.
You'll definitely want to find a college student whose schedule fits your needs if you aren't offering any salary in addition to the room and board.
. Thanks. Anonymous wrote:Everything is planned in advanced so I won’t just have a week’s notice. Thank you all for your feedback.

i know this is harsh, but this job doesn't sound like a good fit for a single parent, unless you can find family to stay with you or something. no one would be willing to keep any and all time, including overnights, open without a good salary-unless their only other option would be being homeless/living in their car. i can't see that being a person you would want taking care of your child, but that's up to you.

I've done that for a neighbor where I lived many years back and I was paid for the hours I slept over with the children. And have slept over with a toddler back in 2016-17 for my now ex employers when they were away on business.
Where do you live maybe I could be of an assistances? I am trustworthy, and have excellent references, if interested please e-mail marssmall@gmail.com or call 301-641-7759 I am not working at the moment and looking out for your child could be beneficial to both of us. I don't smoke and only drink wine on Sundays with my husband at dinner.
