It was posted by me, I'm a nanny. I just found it funny and crazy, that a Parent would ask for this much with little pay. The job was posted on Craigslist dc. She also said W2, so I guess the pay is not under the table. By the way I already have a job that pays me well $60+. But was looking for a friend. And I thought this offer was mad.

Oh, it’s even worse than that! 7.30 am to 8 pm is 12.5 hours, but the nanny gets an unpaid 30 minute lunch each day...
I love that the lunch break is unpaid! Is that even legal?
Unfortunately, it is technically legal in MD but in MD you also get a 15 min break for every 4 hours you work and 30 min for every 8 hours. I believe the 15 min breaks are suppose to be paid but the 30 min doesn’t have to be.
