Request that your employers tell Grandma to visit when they are home rather than when you are working. If she shows up, leave.


Thank you anyway, PP. I will never leave my charge when she is crying for me and I will not stand in the way of a grandmother seeing her grandchild.

I got some really great advise on this thread today on how to be clear with Grandmother and still protect my charge.
