1) Take the car keys away from her and make her ask for permission to use the car. Tie car use to car cleanliness.
2) Tell her that her room will be inspected prior to house cleaners coming the next day. If you’re paying for them to clean her room and she can’t be bothered to tidy enough for it, you should either enforce it or renegotiate with the cleaners for a reduced fee to skip her room every time.
3) Take some pics of the disgusting state of things so you have a record in case she whines to LCC. But ultimately, it’s your house and cleanliness affects everyone if there are bugs attracted to her mess. We also don’t have so many dishes and glasses that losing half of them to her mess would go unnoticed.
