I only stay with families until kids go to school, 2 years is enough for me.
This makes no sense. Firstly, we have had the same nanny for SIX years. Secondly, our nanny has less to do with our oldest in school. Thirdly, my kids did not go to school at age 2. What are you talking about?
This makes no sense TO YOU.
I stay with families until the kids turn 3 and go to school.
So I stay for a maximum of 2 to 3 years.
Then I am not interested in less hours and I like to move on because after a while it ALWAYS get worse at some point.
Less hours because kids are in school means the parents will ask more chores to be completed and I am not a housekeeper.
