You should pay her. She could have left you with no notice at all.

I'm hoping your new nanny will be more kind with your daughter. It's not OK to expect a "good morning" before engaging with her, this is not professional.

In most situations, I would definitely pay the Nanny.

However, this Nanny sounds a little too strict regarding your DD.

I wouldn’t pay her any more than a week’s pay if I were in your shoes.

So let me get this straight. She gave you two weeks notice and you're giving her one week pay? I hope your next nanny leaves you with NO NOTICE.

This is why nannies should never ever give more than 2 weeks notice.

You will never be happy with any nanny. If you spoil your kid then every nanny will run away from you, laxy parents
