Nanny please for your mind and body leave that job. It's the parents fault, they gotta be more firm, like you to tame that out of control boy. That's why I always ask in job interviews what kind of dicipline you apply to your kids.

The kid has a problem with authority, so anyone who enforces the rules is who gets the most of his misbehavior. What is so hard to understand about that? Can you not be rude for one post?

I agree they need someone who will be on board. I have been on board with them to this point, we talk about his behavior very frequently and we've even all read the book 1 2 3 Magic to implement it together.

I simply can't and won't be physically and verbally abused in my job anymore, so no, I will no longer be on board. You say that like it's a bad thing.
