The woman agreed to a interview taking place that close to a dentist appointment, I can just see the myriad of texts throughout the year now saying why she will be late this morning or won't make it to the school on time. She clearly has no planning ability.

This will be my last response. My dental appt was an emergency. The Dr had to fix something he did last weekend. Potential MB asked me to come in after I had made the appt. She set the time. Based on my last appointme t time and the distance to her home. This was her only real time to interview before maternity leave is up. She has important family oboigations.
