You deserve better OP. I am really shocked at how some MBS behave.

OP again
Oh and I should mention that just a couple weeks ago she texted me about all those long plans she had for me and the kids for this summer , regarding camp pick ups and stuff like that. Vacation. And then I asked a week later about my pay, and boom, that was it

OP here. So I finally heard from the mom this morning and got fired lol
I saw that coming with her not responding to me for a whole week.
She texted me saying she wanted to meet up and talk, and that she also knows somebody who is looking for a nanny.
She said that her kids really like me, and would like some occasional sitting.
And now I'm like , what?!?!?
I'm ok about being fired, but what I'm going to tell her tomorrow when I see her is, how it's totally unfair to take a nanny that your kids love, out of their lives, and how messed up it is to ignore your nanny, who loves your kids, and made mothers and Father's Day gifts from her own money, (other crafts too), not even hear a thank you for it, ignoring her for 1 week after she complained regarding getting paid the agreed hours. And I hate when there's something else that bothers them and they won't tell you. Just open your mouth and speak to your nanny about it, don't treat her like crap.
I came to take care of your children, the most precious thing for you in the world. What is the matter with you?!?!?!?!

Find a new job with a contract asap.
Take days off if needed to interview. They cancel, so can you.
but in most cases, it is never beneficial for you to quit a job before you get a new one
