Little children sometimes do have the ability to see things that adults cannot see. When my youngest son had major surgery at age 4, I was asleep in the hospital room the night after his surgery, and I heard him talking which immediately woke me. He was having a conversation but there was no one there so I thought he was talking to me. I asked him if he needed something, and he said "No, mama, I was just talking to this pretty nurse.", and he pointed toward nothing. I said "Baby, there is no one there." He replied "Yes, there is. She has blonde hair, a white dress and a cap that looks like it has wings. See!" At that moment, all of my worry disappeared, and I knew that he was going to be ok.

Scary stories are so much fun.... I'll bet you girls are having fun at your sleepover.

No, this is not what should be done. That would be exploitation.

My mother has always had a sensitivity to the spiritual world since she was a young child. She would tell her mother and grandmother what she saw and felt. It's not something to be frightened of if the spirit is a loving one, like your grandmother, OP. She is using the child to communicate with you.

This child definitely has the gift to be a medium.

I would call some producers and try to get him his own reality show.
