Subject: Do all Nanny Employers think they are fair and easy to work for?
"Fair and easy" are extremely subjective terms. If you want a useful answer you have to make the questions non-subjective and quantifiable.

What does this even mean? What would be "unfair" in your estimation? Anything the nanny didn't like about her job? Or something in particular.
I'm sure over the three years our nanny has worked for us, I've said something in a way that might have upset her or hurt her feelings, but that's because I'm a human being and sometimes we don't get tone or wording exactly right, not because I'm a bad employer.
Not everyone is a good manager of people, PP, whether it is in the home or workplace.
