In fact, we tell APs they cannot post any pics of our kids on social media.

We are on ap 6 and it is amazing how things have changed. Facebook was the goto when we started to have insight into candidates but now it is snap or insta.
Now Facebook alerts users when people visit their profile or view pics so you have to be careful if you even look up a candidate there. They will think you are stalking them.
Last year I googled a candidate and clicked on her LinkedIn profile. She dropped us the next day.
If you can see their insta account I think it is better than not knowing anything about them. Better to have the “problem” of being a hot fitness addict open to public than a private account of pictures of a candidate smoking, partying or doing drugs.

This should have been a new thread since it is not related to AP trying to down play being attractive.

To respond to the 10:37 PP, you may have found a great candidate, but one thing I would be concerned with and you should try to determine as best as possible is - what are her real motives for becoming an AP? Is she only doing it to try and grow her Instagram base?
