Text her. What do you expect the organization to do? Unless you want to sue her for discrimination which will be hard to prove, the organization can't do anything meaningful. I would recommend you text her your frustrations and tell her not to discriminate people. But don't use the b*tch word in the text, you are risking her suing you, eben if chances are low. I'm a lawyer and a minority. I definitely have been discriminated against due to my race during my legal career. It is infuriating and oftentimes there is nothing one can do because they affect your job. In your case, she won't and can't affect your job. So send her that text. But don't curse at her and it's more effective if you keep it objective and don't exaggerate to emphasize your point. Good luck.b

I had somewhat same experience, the MB was crazy and they were paying me low. They had 3 nannies before me and I was one who stayed there longer then other but couldn't take her craziness more so I quit. I never used them as references, even if I pass by them I don't talk to them. So just quit and move on.

Were they mad because you didn't give advance notice that you were leaving?

I agree with PP who said how hard is it to put frozen food in slow cooker? And I agree that $11 untaxed is like $14 per hour, so not terrible.
