I agree - talk with the host family. The eleven hours are a violation. Make sure they know that- they should, but maybe they're disorganized. The chores are too much. Our au pair emptied the dishwasher as a community responsibility-- everything else was child related cleaning (picking up toys or doing kids laundry).
The host family is taking advantage of you and breaking the rules - speak up. If it doesn't improve- complain to your agency and rematch.
