Do like a former family did me. Lead her on to think every thing is normal then give 2 weeks notice because a daycare slot you “forgot”you’d applied to opened up miraculously. Also don’t forget to shortchange on your parting gift!

Have you considered preschool and a nanny share with another preschool child? Two is a rough age to transition.
OP's daughter is 3 now so would be 3.5-4 in September. That is a great age for this transition. Kindergarten is approaching.
