You can't be serious. You're faulting someone for giving 200-500 dollars as a bonus? I'm sorry that you've had such miserable work experiences that you feel the need to lash out - for while it is not an amazing bonus, it certainly isn't one that should generate such a comment. I thank my lucky stars that the two nannies I've employed were talented and SANE individuals.

Maybe I have been lucky, but I have worked for three families and all three gave two weeks salary as a year end/holiday bonus. Honestly.
