I know an Au Pair is about $200/week. PLUS the agency fees of about $8K/year that includes the airfare, screening, training and matching. Just making sure we are being accurate in comparing costs.
With an au pair, assume $24,000 in annual cost.

Unless the laws have changed, that depends on the state. In Maryland, overtime wasn't legally required last time I checked.
Overtime is required for live in domestics in Maryland. You are misinformed.
