A G5 is a diplomat visa. So your visa will have to be a G4 in order to hire someone with that kind of visa because her visa depends an yours.

OP, if you work for the WB/IMF, you will have internal resources to guide you to what's acceptable for the G5 nanny. Your contract will dictate most of the terms and will have to be somewhat standard to pass the embassy screening.

Anecdotally, several of my colleagues report paying about 2K per month, give or take, with room and board included.
