Man, I would have fired her earlier. I think you are being too nice. There's no way I would take any risks with child safety... plus the other parents won't agree to have her drive? Red flags all over. Sack her immediately.

I appreciate you trying to give her the benefit of the doubt but she has shown a disregard to your requests for her to be safer with your children. Time to let her go and find a replacement.

You KNOW your nanny speeds, had 2 accidents already, and you let her drive your kids STILL and even your neighbors kids without telling them about the accidents???

I'm a nanny of over 10 years, I drive extremely slow with children in the car....never had an issue before. What are you waiting for? Till she kills one of the children???
I'm amazed at some moms...one of my girlfriends, who is a nanny, got caught drinking and driving in her free time. The family knew about it and let her keep driving her kids around...lol... I don't get it!!!
