My nanny has a CIGNA PPO for medical and dental. It's over $500 a month this year.
She probably feels like she has a "real" job and treats it like a professional. Kudos to her employers. Their child is the ultimate beneficiary. I'd like to think the care provided is (relatively) stable, competent, and loving.
