We pay $22 an hour for our share, using a blended rate for 50 hours. We use GTM and have workers comp, but don't pay healthcare. Nanny is college educated with 10 years of experience. She uses her car for the share and we also pay flat fee for parking and gas each month.

Right now I’m looking for a new family I have a offer for $24.00 for 2 kids (nanny share )plus insurance if I make more than 40 hours per week I’ll get paid over time is this reasonable? I hear in the neighborhood that for nanny share is $30.00? Is this right?

I know some nannies get that for one child, but that's the exception, not the rule. So if two families can find an exceptional nanny for $15. each, they have a bargain, and the exceptional nanny has a fair wage.
