I won't but I just think it's rude to say it in front of me. It's so incredibly awkward now.

Then he goes " you don't like her?". She goes " kind of". I did this to get money and help her out. Part of me says the hell with it since she said it while I was in the same room.
Reliability is HUGE. It's so huge lack of it is a deal-breaker for me. Clearly it is for her too. You said you understood her view point above. Now that she's said it to someone and you overheard, all of a sudden you don't? No. I think you're just embarrassed at being forced to confront how you bungled a job. You want to forget and move forward. She can't move forward because she can't count on you and hasn't found someone else yet. You're being forced to confront your negative. No sympathy here, sorry.
Obviously reliability is huge. I give 100% reliability in my positions but this one I couldn't. I had to have an emergency surgery that was out of my control. If If I didn't have surgery, I would of worked last week. I already said I have another job lined up and do not want to more forward with them. I do understand her reasonings for rescinding the offer but it's still rude to have a conversation about me on the phone when I'm only 10ft away.
