Mostly because if she was on the clock taking care of my kids it wouldn't seem quite right for her to be getting paid to watch someone else's kid at the same time without a prior arrangement (which there was in this case, so no issue)

OP here. It was implied in the OP that we had joint play dates. How dare I what? Ask a question? If I were a cheapskate, I wouldn't have bothered asking.

If she requires that kind of micromanagement, she isn't much of a responsible sitter.
