How is the nannies BF a concern of the MBs? If it was my nanny I would hope she tells me so we can look for someone because no matter how much I appreciate her work on a good day I can't take off every other day for her to be at the hospital or a wake or funeral. I just don't have that kind of flexibility.

OP, I am so sorry this is happening, and at the same time so happy that they took it so well. I've had two devastating deaths while working for two different families, and they were both beyond kind and understanding to me, and I like to think that when it comes to things that truly matter people will often surprise you.
